Shipping policy
We ship all of our orders out from our 3PL partners at different regional shipping hubs. Once we receive your order, it is automatically forwarded it to the appropriate shipping hub, which will contact you over email with tracking information.
No Order Edits and Cancellations
Due to changes in order processing, our webstore no longer is able to cancel or edit orders that have already been placed. Please make sure all items and quantities in your cart are correct. We cannot guarantee we will be able to edit any order information after confirmation due to the automated process!
Shipping Terms
Orders will be accepted and then shipped out as soon as we are setup in our new warehouse.
We offer standard ground shipping for contiguous United States and courier will depend on your shipping zone and shipment weight. Often it will be sent via USPS or UPS. We also now offer Express 2-day shipping for based on order weight. US, and MX orders are fulfilled from our partner ShipBob from one of their warehouses outside of Chicago in Wisconsin. We also work with them for CA orders out of a warehouse in Toronto. Orders that are placed before 11:30 AM CDT/CST at the US fulfillment center will be often shipped same day as order is placed. Orders that are placed after 11:30 AM local time will often be shipped early the next day. We do not offer local pick up.
EU + international orders are fulfilled from Fulfillment Europe in Germany. EU + international Shipping is available to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Shipping fees range from $10-$30 for most single game orders. Other international countries in South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia may be available for shipping from the Fulfillment Europe warehouse and can experience significantly longer shipping timelines. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received for international orders.
Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped via Aetherworks in Sydney.
Standard US shipping often takes about 1 week. EU can range from 1-2 weeks, UK orders 2+ weeks. Other regions will vary in terms of fulfillment time, and up to 10 weeks to ship to some countries. Holidays and large volumes of orders may affect order processing. Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received. Holidays may delay delivery estimates. Once orders are with postal couriers, we cannot affect delivery speeds.
